Reopening of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris

Everything is ready to welcome guests once again. The 149 bedrooms and suites will open their doors, and the uninterrupted 41
Hoche, a private and discreet oasis of 3 apartments with its own secured private entrance. Christophe Thomas, General
Manager of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris and all his team of chefs, concierges, butlers, housekeepers… are ready: “We all feel
immensely happy, not only to welcome our guests again, but also to be able to do the job we love of creating memorable experiences.”

Will The Secret Garden remain secret ?
It remains to be seen. One of the most beautiful garden terraces in Paris will reopen with its 100 covers in a lush and peaceful setting. During the morning hours, Le Bar Long breakfasts will open the day followed by lunches and dinners. On the menu, the best by the legendary Nobu, from
Matsuhisa Paris restaurant, will continue to enchant addicts to the red mullet sashimi, to the Wagyu tobanyaki; or the salmon tataki, not
forgetting the desserts of the celebrity pastry chef Quentin Lechat (Winner of the “Grand Prix de la Pâtisserie 2019”), and signature cock tail creations such as “Hanami,” a Japanese flavoured Spritz, and the “Sipsmith Raffles 1915,” a reinterpretation of the Gin & Tonic. The Raffles tradition : butlers are more than ever crucial to the guests’ well-being.

The reputation of Raffles has not changed from one century to the next : Arrive as a guest, Leave as a friend, Return as family. It has always been part of the tradition of the house: to pay attention at every moment and to pay attention to every detail. This year, we will be particularly focused on health and safety. Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris will take particular care to adapt to the new health and safety guidelines. Butlers will be able to coordinate any PCR tests, smooth out the formalities and attend to travel needs during the guests’ stay.

The Art Concierge :
the elegant touch in hospitality

Appointed in 2010, Julie Eugène, art concierge, will deploy her key resources: inside knowledge of everything that is going in Paris. Depending on the profile of our guests, she will customize tailor-made cultural activities in keeping with the world-renowned tradition of the Raffles brand, a personalized welcoming that focuses on every detail. Private tours, private visits, invitations to art openings, concerts, live shows, guitar lessons or cultural activities for children, everything is possible in the artistic world of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris.
The hotel not only has an art-concept bookshop and a 99-seat private cinema, but also exhibits more than 300 works of art that can be
discovered during a tour of the hotel: Nikolay Polisski, Jean-François Rauzier, Cerise Doucéde…

This is also the spirit of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris: “For the past ten years,” says Christophe Thomas, “it has been about being unconventional. Bringing in new life and youth, while respecting the integrity of the place and its experience”.
